「覺旅咖啡」的開放空間故事

2012年的「開放空間會議學習工作坊」，覺旅咖啡來了六位伙伴共同參與。記得他們來報名時，我曾詢問他們是否曾參與過？有什麼期待？得到的回答大致是：覺旅的成立源至於"創新"的觀念，不想因循傳統，因此不斷在尋找新觀念、新做法。看到開放空間的書，覺得是可以提供他們答案的方法之一。所以充滿了期待。兩天的工作坊之後，Gail與淑芳受邀一起跟覺旅的伙伴規畫兩天的會議。包括了同仁們的訪談、主題的選定、時間空間的安排等。這一場活動取名為「覺旅，夥伴當家--行動與開放精神」，展開了覺旅朝向開放組織前進的腳步！線上雜誌，請點選前往閱讀詳細報導本期由台灣服務科學學會 出版的CROSS雜誌，為大家介紹覺旅咖...
