記20130810的下午茶

這一天，我們前前後後有 12個人參加。

提了4個想討論的議題：組織內部OST的機會和挑戰、當sponsor的經驗、如何用在很短時間使用OST、在 10人的小組織中如何進行OST。

從一個議題談起，慢慢地其他議題也被涵蓋了進來。
最神奇的是剛好來Journey'S kafe用餐的朋友ilya lee，在跟覺旅的櫃檯伙伴提他的建議時，被詢問要不要過來參加我們的討論，然後他就很雙腳法則的移動了過來。


這一天，我（蔡淑芳）聽到很多有感覺的話，如：

• 自己當過sponsor後，似乎更懂了sponsor的考量點。花時間、投入資源..yet必須open to the result，要做到並不容易。
• 在自己的組織引導過ost後，比較體會學習工作坊中，特別提到不建議大家這麼做的理由：人真的很難擺脫既定的印象和習性的。
• ost的過程，會很自然讓人有安心感。不用擔心來不及提主題、會發現有其他人跟你一樣關心、可以快速的建立連結，你並不孤單。
• Pre-work  包括了訪談、 透過邀請讓大家有準備、確認sponsor的需求、找到夠open的主題，以帶出更多的可能性。試著邀請可能有關的人、客戶、董事、志工、離職or退休者...越多元代表越多的可能性。
• OST的主題是為邀請可能性，所以要夠開放、夠廣。
• 發現更關鍵的是ost精神，而不僅止是技巧。把OST開放、尊重、自發、一起找答案、一起承擔責任的精神帶進不同的會議。
• 透過OST了解組織內同仁在想什麼？在乎什麼？比用問卷之類的工具要好得太多了。而事先的訪談不論對sponsor、對引導師和參與者都很重要。
• 覺旅去年的一場ost，讓員工大大地穩定下來，雖然會中產出的幾個行動方案到現在都還在消化，也有很多變化。但同仁之後在自己的網路社團裡很容易產生議題和對話。
• Gail說如果有人 OST是怎麼樣的經驗，覺旅會是很好的reference。然而覺旅做了很多準備：有 6個人去參加工作坊、事先的interview、兩整天休店開會...所有同仁可以感受到這件事的重要的。
• Reflection的幫助很大，讓人們可以整理自己的學習
• OST是一個引擎，在尋找能夠解決人們所關心議題的過程，以溝通很快樂很有效率。

前次(四月）聚會小註記：

4/13 下午，我們在覺旅進行了二個多小時的交流。談了「如何讓OST過程跟引導師有連結」、「台灣的OST故事」...。有興趣的朋友可以參考這幾張照片。

帶著小小孩的開放空間會議

(Evie 在前兩次的ost 下午茶聚會中分享這個活動的準備和執行狀況，所以特別邀她多寫一點。謝謝她的分享）

在農曆年前，舉辦了一場特別的開放空間會議，邀請年輕媽媽們帶著他們的幼兒(1-4歲)一起參加。

邀請的時候，最常被問到的問題是:我們要討論???如果我的小孩吵鬧待不住怎麼辦??
僅管如此，還是來了十幾位勇於嘗試的媽媽、跟他們活蹦亂跳的小孩，一起度過熱烈停不下來的豐富旅程。

會想舉辦這樣的活動，主要是因為自己有了小孩以後，發現"親子"的活動很多，但是讓媽媽可以充實自己、又可以把孩子帶在身邊進修的機會卻很少。這場開放空間會議的起迄時間很特別，從上午十點到下午兩點，不是一個完整的上午或下午，但卻讓接送孩子上學的媽媽可以有充裕的時間，讓帶著小小孩出席的媽媽可以時間寬鬆的出門。

場地方面，選擇一個旁邊就有兒童遊戲室的，但是大家討論得太熱烈，孩子們也在媽媽身邊玩得很開心，通通沒有用到遊戲空間。

時間空間都安排好，只要來的人就是對的人，當然包括孩子。媽媽在討論的時候，小朋友們一起分享自己帶來的玩具，很自然的自成一圈、點心桌、色筆白紙通通無限量供應、想要找媽媽的時候、走兩步路就可以有媽媽抱抱，媽媽如果正講得很專心，旁邊的媽媽就會輕輕的把小孩抱起來。

小朋友有一種特別的習性"別人的玩具比較好玩、別人的點心比較好吃、比較聽別人媽媽的話"。

這次的開放空間會議中，小小孩完全遵照以上的定律。

雖然只有四個半小時的討論，但是媽媽們都收獲都很豐富，因為可以聽到別人的看法，也可以分享自己的經驗，有人說"好久沒有機會可以這樣深度的對話了"。

回家的路上，每個小朋友通通倒下睡著在嬰兒推車上。

3/16 OPEN SPACE經驗分享內容：

• 第一次擔任OST引導師前，夢到人們很開心地畫著各式各樣美麗的圖，引導師想要協助大家做得更好，人們瞬間收起紙筆，不再畫了。覺得這真是對自己的最佳提醒，要hold back.
• 有位引導師也分享過他在中國的一場OST經驗，當他看到有兩個人坐在一起，看來有點沮喪時，他覺得自己該去找他們說話，讓他們好過一點。會後他覺得自己的介入改變了整個會場的能量，他說他以後不會再這樣做了。 
• 不容易決定要做或不做什麼？例如看到有人不舒服，或許引導師可以先等一些時候，看看團體的其他人會怎麼做？不急著介入。 
• 最難的常是SPONSOR會對引導師有所期待，覺得引導師是該做什麼的人，要如何因應？面對各種期待，引導師還是要回到〞誰才是要面對和處理這些事的人，是他們自己？還是引導師？ 
• 參加過OST學習工作坊，但到真的OST場時，又覺得很不一樣。~是的，雖然基本的步驟是一樣的，但每一場OST都是不一樣的。 
• 有些OST並沒有產出行動方案，而是互相溝通和了解，以及探索了一些可能性。更有時我們也不太確定一場OST會後會帶給與會者未來多少影響。 
•  Open to the result 不只適用於sponsor，也適用在引導師身上。太多的push和嚐試控制，通常會帶來抗拒。 
• 或許未來的OST學習工作坊，可以增加一些時間處理引導師的內心與OST的連結。這部份可以邀請一些參加過工作坊的朋友們一起提供想法。 
• 近日網路上流傳的印度靈性教導四原則，跟OST的四大原則幾乎一模一樣的描述，也值得大家參考。(http://openspacetaiwan.blogspot.tw/2013/03/1.html) 
• 當OST的參與者、參加OST的學習工作坊，然後成為OST的引導師，三者是很不一樣的經驗。但很深刻地感覺：OST可以大家找到真正的問題real issue 
• OST不只是一個團體的過程，也是一個prepare me to live my life 的過程 
• OST也是一個grieving process, 過程中幫助大家sense、放掉一些東西，然後可以往前走，celebrate the life. 
• 最近的一場讓媽媽們可以帶著孩子來參加的OST，安排從10:00—14:00，效果很不錯。可以帶著孩子來參加的活動真的不多，但其實祇要把活動的腳步放慢一點，並允許孩子們一起來，通常是可以很順暢的。 
• 希望這一類的以媽媽成長和關心教育的活動，有機會在更多的社區進行，相信產生的效應會很大。 
• Evie提供了「一起參與親子豐富快樂的未來、人妻提升自我價值的機會與挑戰」的資料，已編輯放在網站上了。http://openspacetaiwan.blogspot.tw/2013/03/blog-post.html 
• 關於多少人數適合進行OST？Gail建議若要有足夠的多樣性和互動，至少有15人左右會較好。 
• 覺旅咖啡特別邀請大家四月的下午茶聚，可以到他們那裡去。歡迎大家一起參加。
