如果你曾聽說過、或參與過開放空間會議，所以有興趣擔任引導師或者主辦此類活動，誠擎地邀請你來參加這場互動式的工作坊，你我我的開放空間經驗將是我們學習的基礎。


◆你將會學到
在兩天的工作坊中，你將可以了解：
· 何時適合運用OST？以及什麼時候並不適用；
· 如何規劃準備一場活動，以及後續追蹤事宜；
· 如何處理所有必須的後勤事務；
· 如何開啟與護持空間；
· 如何讓自己準備好上場？以及碰到混亂和混沌時怎麼辦？


◆關於本工作坊
我們希望透過實際操作，讓想要發起或引導開放空間會議的人一起來參與。這是一個深入學習「關於開放空間」、「身上開放空間」，以及「擔任開放空間活動之引導師/主辦人」的好機會。

• 來的朋友將實際參與經驗一場開放空間會議，學習如何為任何一場組織或社群內的開放空間做好準備？
• 我們也會探索如何支持主辦人延續開放空間會議所營造出的氛圍和行動方案。更希望來參與工作坊的朋友們可以組成在地的協力團體，在未來更多開放空間會議裡，可以互相支援擔任引導師。

「覺旅咖啡」的開放空間故事

2012年的「開放空間會議學習工作坊」，覺旅咖啡來了六位伙伴共同參與。
記得他們來報名時，我曾詢問他們是否曾參與過？有什麼期待？得到的回答大致是：覺旅的成立源至於"創新"的觀念，不想因循傳統，因此不斷在尋找新觀念、新做法。看到開放空間的書，覺得是可以提供他們答案的方法之一。所以充滿了期待。

兩天的工作坊之後，Gail與淑芳受邀一起跟覺旅的伙伴規畫兩天的會議。包括了同仁們的訪談、主題的選定、時間空間的安排等。這一場活動取名為「覺旅，夥伴當家--行動與開放精神」，展開了覺旅朝向開放組織前進的腳步！

2012年11月，我們開始了第一次的OST交流下午茶，一年來有好多豐富而美好的交流。謝謝每個來的伙伴的真心分享，謝謝覺旅的多次接待和參與。期待2014有更動人的分享和互動！
